Here’s a strange guy.

I’m looking forward to seeing Peter Jackson’s 2012 adaptation of The Hobbit (part I).  Here are two very quick napkin sketches.

These cartoon characters are quick and fun to draw.

So, I decided to take a closer look at Mickey and Minnie.  Here’s what I saw.  They’re still not right, but they are easier to recognize.

Last week, my family and I enjoyed visiting Disney World.  During the plane ride there, I attempted to draw Mickey Mouse.  It turns out that I had never taken a very close look at Mickey — or I wasn’t able to remember much about him.  See what I mean?
